Brief

J&J wanted to encourage employees to look for new opportunities within the company. There were three existing platforms for internal mobility, which were in need of a re-think. Employees needed to be inspired and have any anxieties eased.

Solution

A site called My Next Step, with a new visual identity and focus on real stories of employees that have moved within J&J. The new site featured a total of 16 videos of employees around the world - a much needed human, emotive emphasis to inspire others to make the move.

The creative process involved inital telephone interviews with the employee, briefing & co-ordinating multiple production companies around the world, then reviewing footage and refining the story - rinse and repeat x8!
